As those children have become adults, a great number
of them have been visiting Korea to search for birth
family, to see Korean society, and to gain valuable
experiences living in Korea. Although the reasons for
visiting Korea may be diverse, OKF supports all adoptees
in building self-esteem and encourages them to
acquire a solid understanding of their motherland.

For those reasons, we have been hosting a Summer
Cultural Program for adoptees since 1998.
The program focuses on Korean culture, history, customs,
and language; but these are not the only things the
program offers.
